Ija Katkovska- Grishulonok was born in 1975 in Rezekne( Latvia)
She lives and works in Riga.
Has been taking part in art exsibitions since 2008( Moscow house in Riga, Riga City Council, Happy Art Museum, International Trading Center in Riga).

Her works are in private collections of Russia, Latvia and Israel.
She prefers working in oil technique creating atmosphere and emotions with the play of light and shades in her realistic paintings.
She considers Vladimir Kozin, professor of Latvian Art Academy ,being her art tutor.
